We aim to make our affiliate program as easy for you as possible. As our network grows, we might have to add more “rules” in order to cover all eventualities, but this page covers most things.

By participating as an Affiliate Partner and promoting Priority VA you confirm that you have read and understand this agreement and agree to the terms outlined below.
Partner Eligibility
All Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right not to accept any site or partner into the Affiliate Program based on site content that in our sole discretion is not suitable for our Affiliate Program for any reason, including, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
Commission Details
Affiliate will receive 10% of a sale as a commission from signed contracts through their dedicated affiliate links minus the amount of any returns, chargebacks, taxes, PayPal fees and handling charges.
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must execute the contract and remit payment for the services. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made through qualified Affiliate links.
Payment Process
We pay you approximately 30 days after the end of the month of purchase. That covers you and us for any refunds, defaults and chargebacks.
We reserve the right to deduct, in subsequent months, any commission paid for a product or service that is subsequently returned or refunded, or for any reason, where the previous monthly commission was overpaid or later subject to reduction.
Payments are made to your PayPal account in US Dollars and you are responsible for your own PayPal fees. Payments are sent to the PayPal address listed on your affiliate application. If you need to update the PayPal email associated with your account please contact us at hello@priorityva.com.
Can I use my own link to get a discount?
No. You won’t be paid commission if you use your own link to contract services with Priority VA. We do check this regularly.
Can you still pay me if someone forgets to use my link?
No; please don’t ask us to do this. The link must be used to be eligible for commissions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Affiliate Link is set-up properly to have sales tracked and recorded to qualify for commissions. We are not responsible for the failure to assign any sale or commissions if the same results from the improper formatting of any affiliate links.
We will only pay commissions on sales that are tracked through our tracking system and indicate you as the source of the visit to our website.
How does the “last click” system work?
The affiliate tracking system works on a “last referral” basis. You will receive a commission if your affiliate link is the last link clicked before or during the consult process. We have our internal marketing and links set so that they do not count as the “last click,” so your link and tracking will remain in place if you are the most recent referral.
You are not eligible for a commissions if a buyer later returns to the our site through another affiliate link or source when making their purchase.
You are not eligible for commissions based upon subsequent sales.
What marketing can I do?
We suggest that you market to your community through your own newsletter lists, social media channels and website. You are permitted to undertake paid advertising on social media however you must not target followers, likes or members of our programs or pages.
Please don’t spam people and follow good practice rules such as disclosing your affiliate relationship and offering opt-out/unsubscribe buttons.
What about customer non-payments?
If someone is in default, you’ll get paid when/if we do, unless it goes into collections. We do everything we can to collect outstanding payments, but after a while it costs us too much to pay out full commission on collected outstanding payments.
Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion or terminate this agreement and program at any time.
Suspension of Account
We reserve the right to reject or suspend your account, or ask you to stop marketing activities at any time. You will be paid for any applicable outstanding commission but you might not be able to promote in the future.
Our affiliate program is administered in line with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as outlined on our website.
