I’ve come across Virtual Assistants in the past that have been hustling to contract with clients on their own. Although highly skilled and through no fault of their own, the clients weren’t coming. Perhaps it is the lack of funds to promote with online ads or reaching the end of their network. Regardless of the scenario, many VAs that I work with just want to do the work.
Priority VA gives highly skilled VAs the opportunity to do just that. The ability to use their skill set to serve entrepreneurs. Though we hold a high standard for our VAs, we also like to get to know them on a personal level. I believe this is what sets us apart from other placement firms. We offer a private group to our VAs, which provides a team inspired atmosphere. We encourage everyone to share about their wins, struggles, ask questions and learn from each other. Even though we work virtually, one of our goals is to grow relationally, as well.
In addition to helping each other, we also offer training opportunities on a regular basis. Our goal at Priority VA is to make Priority VAs more marketable. Why?
