Through Priority VA’s intensive, hand-picked recruitment process, and in-house skill development, we guarantee that our roster of world-class clients (Amy Porterfield, John Lee Dumas, Social Media Examiner, Todd Herman etc.) get served only by elite-level assistants equal to the demands of a quickly growing online business. (and who won’t need 50 hours of onboarding just to “get” what you’re trying to do).
That’s why we equip our team to offer “out of the box” excellence that allow clients to generate a faster ROI, immediate sense of ease, and giddy sense of “why the heck did I wait so long to do this”. Our expert insights on outsourcing, recruitment, and task management have been featured on over 40 top-ranked business and marketing podcasts (including Entrepreneur on Fire) and some of the biggest entrepreneurial stages (Todd Herman’s 90 Day Year Live and Amy Porterfield’s B-School Experience).
We are a small and mighty team
And we’re passionate about keeping it that way. With Trivinia at the helm, as Founder and resident vision caster, she sets the tone for where Priority VA will go as a company.
Working together, we’ve created systems and processes that allow us to function independently, while all remaining focused on our goals. Passionate about where we’re going, the Priority VA Leadership Team has turned into the model we want for our clients. Explicit trust, lots of laughter and a never-ending quest for excellence.

Kim is the glue that keeps Priority VA together. Using her quick wit coupled with her desire to serve, Kim ensures that Trivinia has the time and space to create content and lead Priority VA. A mom to two amazing kiddos, Kim and her husband live on a farm (chickens included) and serve at their home church in Missouri.
The bright hair wouldn’t ever give away the fact that Monica is a true introvert at heart. Don’t let that fool you though, this woman has some quick wit that will put you to tears in laughter. Monica is our resident Ninja. She knows her way around virtually any system or process and is always eager to learn new things. She’s the “done” in get it done, and we can always count on Monica to over deliver. Share an idea with Monica and she’ll come back with a plan. Monica and her family, including a cute as ever toddler, call Arkansas home.
